Welcome back to the series on Identity Crisis. It’s such a relevant topic in a world that is plagued with labels and unrealistic expectations.

In this session we will dive deep into the importance of step 3 of the process of changing your belief(s) about yourself. It isn’t enough just to know your beliefs are untrue or to come to the realization they are actually true. There’s a final step that is required in order to accept your true identity. And that is the step I missed in my own journey until 12 years later.
Just as a recap, here are the 3 steps:
1 – Identify what you believe to be true about yourself.
2 – Identify if that belief is true or false.
3 – If it’s true, how do you make it untrue. If it’s false, how do you reject the lie.
